I enjoyed the clean room with a comfortable bed and a really good TV. The room, though small, made for a cozy night’s sleep. Breakfast was decent. The location is great, close to various attractions. However, I faced some issues. The shared bathroom situation was less than ideal, and the hot water wasn't consistent during peak morning hours. On my last morning, the reception was closed, so I couldn't get assistance when I needed information about my bus to the airport. The noise from other guests was quite bothersome, especially early in the morning. I think some updates to the facilities, like better soundproofing and improved hot water supply, would make a big difference.

The room was cramped, making it difficult to move. There were constant noises from other guests alarming me throughout the night.

Consider visiting nearby cafes for breakfast instead of relying on hotel options. they offer a charming atmosphere and better variety.

The Double Room in the Annex felt cramped with limited standing space for two people, and the shower barely allowed for any movement. The lack of actual windows and a functional closet options was disappointing, along with peeling fixtures and an uncomfortable bathroom setup.

Charming Stay with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the unique decor and cozy atmosphere. However, the broken skylight and shower door made for an uncomfortable stay. The staff were responsive when I raised concerns. A fantastic breakfast in the garden would be great for future guests.

Couple Friendly Option
So overall, it was a solid, clean spot for a night. The shared facilities were well maintained, and I was impressed by how the staff let me drop off my bags before check-in. That was a school project in convenience.
It was a bit on the pricey side, but given the concert and all, it was acceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room, although small, had the comfiest double bed for a great night's sleep, and the shared bathroom was always clean, which I appreciated. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and definitely worth it! Just wish the room was a bit larger, but I'd totally stay again!

This was an optimal selection for a momentary visit in Dublin at a reasonable price. The room I stayed in was clean and surprisingly cozy for its size. Just make sure to confirm the bed size if you're traveling with someone else.

The room was well-kept and the access to a lovely garden was a bonus. Perfectly located in the heart of Dublin with easy walks to attractions like Trinity College.
